We are migrating our accounting and billing operations from Tally Prime 7.2 to CAMES ERP — a specialised ERP platform built for the lubricants industry. The assigned candidate will export all Masters, Transactions, and Vouchers from Tally into Excel, and then set up the same data in CAMES ERP, working directly with the CAMES key account manager assigned to us.
Job Responsibilities
1. Data Extraction from Tally Prime 7.2
- Export all Masters — Ledgers, Stock Items, Stock Groups, Units of Measure, Godowns, Cost Centres, Price Lists, Party (Debtor/Creditor) masters, Tax/GST masters, Bank masters.
2. Coordination with CAMES Vendor
- Study the ~1 hour of CAMES training videos provided, thoroughly, before raising queries.
- For anything unclear after the videos, independently schedule and attend Zoom demo/clarification calls with the CAMES key account manager.
- Handle all to-and-fro coordination — emails, calls, file sharing — directly with the vendor, without needing management to intervene at each step.
3. Import & Validation in CAMES ERP
- Import Masters first, validate they are correctly set up, then proceed to import Transactions/Vouchers.
- Cross-check imported data against Tally reports (Trial Balance, Stock Summary, party-wise outstanding, etc.) to confirm accuracy.
Flag and resolve any discrepancies before go-live.
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
