Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead sales operations, drive business development, and contribute to the company’s growth objectives. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication abilities, leadership qualities, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing client relationships. The candidate must have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, along with the confidence to handle professional interactions with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets
* Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
* Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
* Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses
* Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth execution
* Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to maximize performance
* Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professional communication
Requirements
* Minimum 3+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development
* Strong command of spoken and written English is mandatory
* Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
* Strong leadership and team management abilities
* Professional attitude with strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
* Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and sales reporting tools
*Preferred Qualifications*
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
* Experience in B2B sales or corporate client handling will be an advantage
