Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create visually appealing designs that strengthen our brand identity and support marketing, recruitment, and corporate communications. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, creativity, and the ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, posters, company profiles, and presentations.
- Create engaging social media creatives, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop branding materials including logos, business cards, letterheads, email signatures, and corporate templates.
- Design recruitment advertisements, job posts, and employer branding materials.
- Create visual content for websites, email campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Edit and enhance photographs and create basic motion graphics or video content (preferred).
- Prepare artwork for print production and coordinate with printing vendors when required.
- Ensure all designs comply with company branding guidelines.
- Collaborate with HR, Marketing, Business Development, and Project teams to understand design requirements.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
- Maintain organized design files and creative assets.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and CorelDRAW.
- Experience with Canva and Figma is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects is preferred.
- Excellent typography, layout, and color composition skills.
- Creativity with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
