Job Title: Media Manager – Government & Railway Advertising

We are a growing advertising agency specializing in government and public sector campaigns. We are seeking an experienced Media Manager who understands railway advertising and tender processes.
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Media Manager to handle advertising projects related to Indian Railways and other government/PSU clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of railway tenders, media planning, and execution of advertising campaigns across railway networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute advertising campaigns for railway and government clients
- Handle end-to-end process of railway tenders, including documentation and submissions
- Develop media plans specifically for railway advertising (stations, trains, outdoor media, etc.)
- Coordinate with railway authorities and ensure compliance with their advertising policies
- Maintain strong relationships with government and PSU clients
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports
- Stay updated with new opportunities in railway advertising and tenders
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with Government and PSU clients
- Strong knowledge of Indian Railways advertising policies and tender processes
- Prior experience with Northern Railway, North Central Railway, Western Railway, or Indian Railways is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in advertising/media agencies handling government accounts
- Familiarity with public procurement systems and tender portals
