Key Responsibilities
- Operate the RMC batching plant and produce concrete as per approved mix designs.
- Ensure accurate batching, timely loading, and dispatch of transit mixers.
- Monitor raw material availability and plant performance.
- Coordinate with the Quality and Dispatch teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain production records and report any plant breakdowns.
- Ensure housekeeping, safety, and compliance with company procedures.
Qualifications
- ITI/Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- 2–5 years of experience in an RMC batching plant.
- Knowledge of batching software, concrete production, and basic mechanical troubleshooting.
Pay: ₹10,221.54 - ₹27,547.25 per month
