Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations across assigned districts. The candidate will be responsible for driving merchant acquisition, managing Sales Executives, achieving business targets, and expanding the company's fintech service network.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support Sales Executives within assigned territories.
Drive merchant onboarding, device deployment, and activation targets.
Develop sales strategies to expand market presence and revenue.
Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement.
Build strong relationships with merchants and business partners.
Conduct regular field visits and provide sales guidance to the team.
Coordinate with operations and support teams for smooth service delivery.
Prepare sales reports and market analysis for management.
Requirements
Any Graduate.
3–6 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Fintech, Banking, BFSI, Telecom, or FMCG sectors.
Proven experience in team handling and target-driven sales.
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across assigned districts.
