Responsibilities
Configure, develop, and deploy ServiceNow Now Assist AI capabilities and Moveworks integrations.
Build reusable AI solutions and standardized platform components.
Design scalable, secure, and enterprise-ready AI solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Configure ServiceNow applications, scripting, workflows, and integrations.
Ensure compliance with AI governance, security, privacy, and enterprise standards.
Support AI lifecycle management, including deployment, monitoring, optimization, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with architecture, product, security, and business teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems using platform integration capabilities.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for AI-enabled ServiceNow solutions.
Follow ServiceNow best practices for platform architecture, development, and governance.
