Position Overview:
Byte Health is a fast-growing healthcare services organisation dedicated to build high quality primary, preventive and comprehensive health programs for communities.
We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated Sales & Marketing Executive for our Vasai Medical Unit. The ideal candidate will act as our local brand ambassador, building strong B2B relationships with micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), local retail pharmacies, independent chemists, Pathology Labs, Diagnostic Labs and local community leaders to drive patient traffic and brand adoption for our clinic ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
1. B2B & MSME Market Outreach
- Onboard local business owners, small-scale MSME units, and merchants onto Byte Health’s Subscription based health services programs.
- Conduct daily physical field visits to local retail pharmacies, Diagnostic labs, Pathology Labs, independent medical stores, and wholesale chemists across the Vasai-Virar belt.
- Establish networks with local diagnostic centers, nursing homes, and independent healthcare practitioners to provide services to our members.
- Create awareness of our clinic and programs in the community close to our clinic (10km radius)
2. Local B2C Marketing & Activation
- Organize and execute health camps, diagnostic camps, and community check-ups.
- Identify high-density residential and commercial pockets near the clinic to run hyper-local awareness campaigns.
- Gather on-the-ground consumer feedback regarding healthcare accessibility and share key market insights with the product team.
3. Reporting & CRM Management
- Maintain a strict daily tracker of field visits, new leads generated, and partnership closures.
- Submit daily status reports regarding target achievements and feedback from local doctors/chemists to the leadership team.
- Maintain relationships with all partners.
Required Qualifications & Competencies
- Education: Any Graduate or 12th Pass with exceptional field experience.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience in Healthcare/Healthtech Industry, MSME Loans, MSME Insurance, MSME CASA or hyper-local B2B sales.
- Mandatory Assets: Candidate must own a personal two-wheeler (bike/scooter) with license and necessary papers and a valid Android smartphone.
- Language Fluency: Must be highly fluent in Marathi and Hindi to effectively build trust with local stakeholders. Functional English is preferred.
- Local Knowledge: High familiarity with the geography, and local business markets of Vasai and Virar is an absolute must.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Lead Generation: Number of medical partnerships and small businesses successfully onboarded per month.
- Patient Footfall: Direct growth in the number of new walk-in patients generated through awareness campaigns.
- B2B Tie-ups: Total annual subscription packages sold.
