- Handle laptop/desktop hardware and software issues(installation, troubleshooting, maintainance)
- Install, configure & maintain operating systems, drivers, and applications
- Manage and troubleshoot CCTV camera systems(installation, configuration, maintenance & monitoring)
- Ensure smooth performance of IT assets and peripherals
- Provide timely support to employees for IT related queries
- Maintain IT inventory and ensure proper documentation
- Ensure data security and follow IT policies and procedures
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
