Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and result-driven Healthcare Recruiter (Male & Female) to manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare professionals for international placements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates such as nurses, doctors, caregivers, and allied healthcare staff.
Key Responsibilities1. Candidate Sourcing & Screening
- Source healthcare professionals (nurses, doctors, caregivers, lab technicians, etc.)
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on client requirements
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments
2. Interview Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients
- Prepare candidates for interviews
- Follow up on interview feedback and selection status
3. Candidate Management
- Maintain regular communication with candidates
- Guide candidates through the recruitment process
- Ensure candidates are ready for deployment
4. Documentation & Compliance
- Verify candidate documents (licenses, certificates, experience letters)
- Coordinate for PCC, medical tests, attestation, and visa processing
- Ensure all documentation complies with international standards
5. Client Coordination
- Understand healthcare staffing requirements from clients
- Share suitable candidate profiles within timelines
- Maintain strong client relationships
6. Reporting & Targets
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker
- Achieve monthly recruitment targets
- Provide regular updates to management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Minimum 0–1 year of experience in recruitment (healthcare recruitment preferred)
- Good understanding of healthcare roles and licensing requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Gulf / Europe healthcare recruitment
- Knowledge of dataflow, licensing, and documentation processes
- Familiarity with job portals and CRM systems
