The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team in daily HR operations. This role provides hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR documentation within a healthcare/IVF setup.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Support
- Post job openings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews
- Coordinate interview follow-ups with candidates and panel members
- Maintain recruitment trackers and applicant records
2. Onboarding & Documentation
- Prepare joining kits & collect employee documents
- Support induction process and new employee orientation
- Maintain and update employee personnel files
3. Attendance & Leave Coordination
- Assist in daily attendance tracking for all staff
- Update leave, permission, and shift details in HR sheets
- Support coordination with department heads regarding staff attendance
4. Employee Engagement
- Help plan staff activities, birthday events, and small celebrations
- Support internal communication between HR and departments
5. HR Operations
- Prepare offer letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents
- Assist with HR audits and compliance-related tasks
- Update staff data, Excel sheets, and HR MIS reports
Eligibility :
- BBA / MBA HR graduates or students
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
