Job Summary
The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading a team of developers and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions using .net, asp.net, C#, and SQL Server. The individual will oversee the technical architecture, design, development, and deployment of projects while ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead a team of developers in designing, coding, testing, and debugging software applications.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for projects.
3. Ensure project timelines are met and projects are delivered within budget.
4. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to complex problems.
5. Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in .net, asp.net, and sql server development.
6. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members to enhance overall team performance.
7. Implement best practices for software development and ensure code quality standards are maintained.
Skill Requirements
Mandatory Web Application Development with .NET. Familiar with Front end MVC Framework such as ASP.NET MVC.
Familiar with Web Service Application Development and Design (SOAP and REST).
Have experience with WCF (Windows Communication Foundation)
Mandatory experience with Oracle Database, PL/SQL and using ORM (Entity Framework) with .Net
Git, GitLab CI and CD, Code quality practices
Familiarity with Validation automation Framework, designing Validation Test Plan.
Other Requirements
Location should be Noida with at least 3 days of Work from Office
