Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching & Learning:
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in English and Social Science to primary school students.
- Ensure that lessons are in line with the school's curriculum and objectives.
- Develop and implement creative teaching strategies that enhance student participation and engagement.
- Use a variety of instructional methods, resources, and media to address different learning styles.
- Foster an inclusive classroom environment where each student feels valued and supported.
- Student Assessment:
- Design and administer regular assessments to evaluate student understanding and progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve academically.
- Maintain detailed records of student performance and track their academic growth.
- Address individual student needs and provide additional support when necessary.
- Classroom Management:
- Establish and maintain a positive, disciplined, and safe classroom environment.
- Encourage appropriate behavior and respect among students, promoting a culture of mutual respect.
- Ensure students follow school rules and guidelines both inside and outside the classroom.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to integrate cross-curricular activities.
- Communicate regularly with parents about students' progress, behavior, and achievements.
- Attend staff meetings, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development sessions as required.
- Personal and Professional Development:
- Stay updated with new teaching methodologies, educational technology, and curriculum changes.
- Participate in training and workshops to continuously improve teaching skills.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and actively contribute to the school community.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
