Job Description
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be customer-focused, and be capable of converting leads into potential clients.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain company products and services clearly.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead closure.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Telecalling experience.
- Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel).
- Positive attitude and convincing skills.
- Ability to work with targets.
