Role Summary
As a Beauty Advisor at Kimirica, you’ll be the face of our brand in-store—helping customers discover our products, understand their benefits, and enjoy a personalized shopping experience. Your goal will be to drive sales through genuine customer engagement and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers with a warm, consultative approach
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable skincare, bath, and wellness products
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and usage
- Meet daily/weekly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance
- Ensure product displays and shelves are well-stocked and merchandised
- Handle billing, packaging, and maintain customer service standards
- Gather customer feedback and build strong repeat clientele
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in retail, preferably in beauty/wellness brands
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-first attitude with a passion for beauty and self-care
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as per store operations
- Presentable and confident with strong sales acumen
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
