· To Supervise & work execution
· To check the concrete mix, proportion for Mortar etc.
· Checking site preparedness for work execution
· Ensuring output from labour/workers
· Getting the Executing of Layout works.
· Co-ordinating Development of Labour
· Updating Daily Labour Report
· To act in compliance with Company's value and quality policy
· To comply with all ISO 9001:2008 standards and striving for continual improvement
· Communication Should have good verbal communication.
