Job Summary:
Linklet Consultancy is looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented HR Recruiter Interns who are passionate about talent acquisition and recruitment. This internship offers hands-on experience in the complete recruitment lifecycle and provides an excellent opportunity to build a successful career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct initial HR screening and telephonic interviews
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with clients and candidates
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Draft and post job advertisements on various hiring platforms
- Assist with onboarding and HR documentation
- Support day-to-day recruitment and HR operations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate or final-year student (HR background preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes is an added advantage
- Familiarity with MS Office and online job portals
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment
- Self-motivated, organized, and proactive
