D Plus Connect Solutions is a leading healthcare digital marketing company specializing in marketing services for doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare brands.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller / Telemarketing Executive to connect with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals across India. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to generate appointments and business opportunities for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare businesses.
- Introduce D Plus Connect's digital marketing services.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the business development team.
- Follow up with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM/Excel.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment targets.
- Handle basic client queries and direct them to the appropriate team members.
Requirements
- Any degree or diploma.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and preferably English.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or marketing preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
Preferred Candidates
- Experience in telemarketing, BPO, insurance, education, healthcare, or digital marketing.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay: ₹10,061.52 - ₹22,000.00 per month
