Job Title: Senior Interior Designer
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Interior Designer to lead and manage interior design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should have strong design expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to handle client relationships, project execution, and team coordination effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process, including concept development, space planning, and final execution
- Create and review design presentations, drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations
- Manage multiple residential and/or commercial projects simultaneously
- Handle client meetings, understand requirements, and provide design solutions
- Oversee site execution, ensuring quality, timelines, and design accuracy
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants for smooth project delivery
- Guide and mentor junior designers and design teams
- Manage budgets, material selection, and cost optimization
- Ensure compliance with design standards, safety regulations, and company guidelines
- Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and innovations in interior design
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in interior design
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar tools
- Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, lighting, and furniture design
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- Strong client handling and negotiation skills
- Experience in team management and project leadership
- Creative problem-solving and attention to detail
- Knowledge of budgeting and vendor management

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
