Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counselor with 2–3 years of experience in MBBS Abroad admissions. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of overseas medical universities, admission procedures, NEET eligibility, visa documentation, and student counseling. The candidate must possess excellent communication, convincing, and relationship-building skills to guide students and parents throughout the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding MBBS Abroad programs and career opportunities.
- Provide accurate information about universities, eligibility criteria, fee structures, scholarships, and admission timelines.
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
- Convert leads into admissions by maintaining regular follow-ups.
- Guide students through the complete admission process, including:
- University selection
- Application submission
- Documentation
- Admission confirmation
- Visa assistance
- Pre-departure guidance
- Maintain student records and update CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with university representatives and internal departments for smooth admission processing.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Participate in seminars, webinars, education fairs, and promotional events.
- Stay updated with NMC guidelines, NEET eligibility, and overseas university admission policies.

Eligibility
- 2–3 years of experience in MBBS Abroad or Overseas Education counseling.
- Excellent English and Hindi communication skills.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Preferred Knowledge
- MBBS destinations such as Uzbekistan, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Georgia, and other NMC-approved universities.
- NEET counseling and eligibility guidelines.
- Student visa process and documentation.
- Education loan and scholarship guidance.
