Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Infrastructure Support Engineers to join our IT infrastructure team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of operating systems, server hardware, monitoring tools, and troubleshooting. The role involves infrastructure monitoring, alert management, asset and inventory tracking, file server access management, routine ticket resolution, and data center support. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers looking to build their career in IT Infrastructure and System Support.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Monitoring & Reconciliation: Manage and update server inventory in Motadata daily to maintain full asset visibility.
2. Alert Management: Respond to CPU, memory, and disk alerts within 15 minutes and coordinate initial fixes.
3. Data Center Visits: Perform monthly hardware health checks during UPS maintenance and handle on-demand hardware vendor coordination.
4. Access Control: Process file server user access requests within a 4-hour SLA to maintain security compliance.
5. Asset Tracking: Update hardware and cloud asset inventory weekly to ensure audit readiness.
6. Ticket Resolution: Troubleshoot, manage, and close routine L1 infrastructure support tickets independently.
Requirements & Skills:
1. Basic knowledge of operating systems, server hardware, and network monitoring tools.
2. Strong skills in problem-solving and multi-tasking under tight SLAs.
3. Good communication skills for coordinating with vendors and application teams.
4. Ability to visit data centers for physical maintenance and emergency support when needed.
Pay: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per year
