Position: Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Investor Relationship Management
- Connect and engage with High Net-Worth Individual (HNI) investors to maintain strong, trust-based relationships.
- Address investor queries effectively and provide them with accurate information regarding the projects.
- Project Leadership & Assessment
- Lead assigned projects end-to-end, ensuring timely and quality execution.
- Assess project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement corrective measures as required.
- Training & Team Development
- Provide guidance and training to subordinates, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
- Support junior team members in developing their skills and understanding of investor communication best practices.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Analyze project and investor-related reports to derive actionable insights.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior management, highlighting key findings, progress updates, and recommendations.
Key Requirements
- Strong command over spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate professionally and persuasively.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; candidates with a background in relationship management will be given priority.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to project execution.
