Job Summary
Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow HRSD module, including end-to-end HR case management across COEs, HR services, and lifecycle events. Proficient in ServiceNow scripting (server-side and client-side JavaScript) and core platform configurations such as Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions. Experienced in Knowledge Management, Record Producers, and Service Catalog, with working knowledge of Live Agent/Virtual Agent, HR security, and ACLs. Familiar with ServiceNow upgrades, release management, performance tuning, indexing, and basic REST API integrations, with experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
