Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Process Coordinator to streamline day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth interdepartmental coordination. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organisational skills, strong English communication, and the ability to follow up on tasks, maintain process documentation, and ensure timely execution across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day operational processes across departments.
- Ensure tasks are completed within defined timelines by regularly following up with stakeholders.
- Maintain process documentation, SOPs, trackers, and reports.
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Act as a communication bridge between internal teams to ensure seamless workflow.
- Schedule meetings, record MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and track action items until closure.
- Prepare MIS reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure adherence to company processes and operational standards.
- Assist in implementing new workflows and process improvements.
- Escalate delays, bottlenecks, or operational issues proactively.
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in Process Coordination, Operations, Project Coordination, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, or a related field.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup or dynamic business environment is preferred.
