- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases
- Conduct telephonic screening and initial HR interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients
- Follow up with candidates until joining
- Maintain daily recruitment tracker and reports
- Handle bulk hiring requirements within timelines
- Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets
- Build and maintain candidate databases
