Salary & Benefits
· Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month
· Accommodation: Provided by company (stay only)
· Food & personal expenses: To be managed by candidate
· High performers earning potential: ₹50,000 – ₹1,20,000/month
Final salary will be based on:

Role Objective
To convert company-generated leads into confirmed bookings by managing the complete sales cycle from inquiry to booking closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle 30–50 fresh leads daily assigned through CRM
- Explain MHADA project details and build customer trust
- Schedule and manage site visits
- Conduct project presentations and client meetings
- Follow up continuously to convert leads into bookings
- Close customer bookings through MHADA portal:
- ₹590 registration process
- 5% booking amount collection
- Maintain proper CRM updates and reporting
- Coordinate with backend team for:
o Documentation
o Loan discussions
o Payment process
- Ensure smooth end-to-end customer experience
- Maintain professional relationships with customers
Candidate Requirements :
· Strong communication and convincing skills
· Proven experience in target-based sales
· Ability to independently handle and close clients
· Aggressive follow-up and conversion mindset
· Dedicated, proactive, and result-oriented attitude
· Comfortable with:
o Site visits
o Client meetings
o Sales closures
· Must be willing to relocate to Nagpur
· Basic CRM and lead management knowledge required
