The role involves searching and recruiting maids/helpers from different areas, explaining job opportunities, collecting documents, and helping them onboard with our platform. Candidates should be 12th pass or graduate, have good communication skills, and be comfortable with fieldwork across Mumbai. A two-wheeler is preferred. We offer a fixed salary, travel allowance, and attractive incentives.
