Duties
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction during and after service.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct regular follow-ups after vehicle service.
Service Appointment Coordination
- Schedule and confirm service appointments.
- Coordinate with the service team for timely delivery of vehicles.
- Inform customers about service progress and delays.
Customer Feedback & Satisfaction
- Collect customer feedback through calls, surveys, or reviews.
- Monitor Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
- Take corrective action based on customer complaints and feedback.
Communication & Support
- Explain service estimates, repairs, and charges clearly to customers.
- Maintain regular communication regarding vehicle status.
- Provide reminders for periodic maintenance, insurance renewal, and extended warranty.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
