Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Territory Manager to drive business growth and sales performance in the assigned region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and promoting Material Handling Equipment and warehouse solutions to industrial and commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve regional sales targets for Material Handling Equipment including Forklifts, Pallet Trucks, Stackers, Reach Trucks, and Warehouse Automation Solutions.
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities in industrial and commercial sectors.
- Generate enquiries, prepare techno-commercial proposals, and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share and revenue.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand operational requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular business updates and forecasts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer support.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in Industrial Sales, Material Handling Equipment, Warehouse Automation, Capital Equipment, or related industries.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical product solutions effectively.
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
