Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns
Connect with potential learners via calls, WhatsApp, and virtual consultations
Understand the learner’s career goals and recommend suitable courses
Convert leads into course enrollments
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate lead tracking in CRM
Build strong relationships with prospective students
Follow up with leads and nurture them until conversion
Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead conversion rates
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in Inside Sales, EdTech Sales, or Education Counseling
Strong expertise in lead conversion and student counseling
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Ability to handle high-volume leads and close enrollments
Strong goal-oriented mindset with ability to meet sales targets
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
Experience in EdTech companies or course sales
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Pay: ₹175,000.00 - ₹225,000.00 per year
