Primary contact for prospective parents, handling inquiries, conducting school tours, and guiding families through the registration process to drive enrollments. Key responsibilities include lead management (calls, walk-ins), CRM updates, and meeting monthly enrollment targets.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Managing inbound/outbound enquiries via calls, emails, and visits, with a focus on closing admissions.
- Target Achievement: Driving monthly admission targets set by the centre/management.
- CRM/Database Management: Maintaining accurate records of enquiries and follow-ups in systems
- Skills: Strong communication, counseling, and sales skills, with proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in education or sales, with a preference for preschool or daycare experience.
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
