Key Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Management :-
Maintain proper stock levels of raw materials, bought-out parts, consumables, and finished goods.
Monitor minimum, maximum, and reorder levels.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Ensure FIFO / FEFO system implementation where applicable.
2. Goods Receipt & Inspection :-
Receive materials as per Purchase Order and Delivery Challan.
Verify quantity and documentation before inward entry.
Coordinate with Quality department for material inspection.
Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Note) in ERP system.
3. Material Issue & Dispatch :-
Issue materials to production as per authorized requisitions.
Ensure proper documentation for material movement.
Coordinate with dispatch team for packing and delivery of finished goods.
Prepare delivery challans and maintain dispatch records.
4. Store Maintenance & Compliance :-
Ensure proper storage conditions and material identification.
Maintain 5S standards and housekeeping in store area.
Ensure safety norms and proper stacking practices.
Avoid material damage, pilferage, and wastage.
5. Coordination :-
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Accounts departments.
Assist in audit activities (internal & external audits).
Required Qualifications:-
Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in stores/warehouse in auto parts or manufacturing industry.
