Position Summary
The Resident Warden is responsible for the overall administration, discipline, safety, and welfare of students residing in the University hostels. The role ensures a secure, inclusive, and student-friendly residential environment while coordinating hostel operations and student support services.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day administration and smooth functioning of the hostel.
- Ensure student safety, discipline, and adherence to hostel rules and regulations.
- Address student concerns, grievances, and emergencies promptly.
- Coordinate room allotment, check-in/check-out, and occupancy records.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, maintenance, and mess services within the hostel.
- Conduct regular hostel inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Organize student engagement and welfare activities in coordination with the Student Affairs team.
- Maintain hostel registers, incident reports, and other statutory records.
- Coordinate with parents, faculty, administration, and service providers whenever required.
- Ensure compliance with University policies and health & safety standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) in any discipline.
- 5–8 years of experience in hostel administration, student affairs, residential life, or institutional administration.
- Experience in universities, residential schools, or educational institutions is preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per hour
