We’re looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in all aspects of human resources, from recruitment to employee engagement. This is your chance to learn, contribute, and grow in a fast-paced environment!
What You’ll Do
As an HR Intern, you will:
- Assist with recruitment activities: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews
- Support onboarding and orientation for new employees
- Help manage HR databases and records
- Assist in Organizing employee engagement activities
- Learn HR best practices in a real-world business environment
What We’re Looking For
- Pursuing or Recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Passionate about learning HR processes and contributing to a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace
- Basic understanding of HR concepts like recruitment, employee engagement
