We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Intern to generate leads, engage prospective clients, and drive workspace bookings. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads through various channels including LinkedIn, outbound calls, email outreach, and referrals.
- Understand client workspace requirements and recommend suitable office solutions.
- Conduct discovery calls and qualify business opportunities.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with workspace partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Manage the sales pipeline and update CRM records.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Provide market insights and customer feedback to the management team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
