Job Summary
The HR Executive – Recruitment is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates and a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
- Negotiate salary and prepare offer letters.
- Coordinate pre-joining formalities and onboarding of new hires.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and recruitment reports.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Healthcare recruitment experience is preferred.
