About the Role
We are urgently hiring an experienced and professional Indian Chef / Maharaj for a newly opened café/restaurant. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Indian cuisine, maintain high standards of hygiene and professionalism, and be looking for a stable long-term opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes with consistency and quality
- Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
- Manage daily kitchen operations efficiently
- Ensure timely food preparation and service
- Monitor inventory and kitchen supplies when required
- Maintain discipline and professionalism within the kitchen environment
Requirements
- Minimum 7 to 8 years of relevant experience as an Indian Chef / Maharaj
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and kitchen operations
- Professional attitude and commitment towards long-term employment
- Must have solid references and be open to background verification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Additional Information
- Accommodation and food can be provided for outstation candidates in exceptional cases
- Working hours: Approximately 10 to 11 hours per day
Pay: ₹8,708.96 - ₹38,120.65 per month
