We are looking for an AI-First Flutter Developer who can build and ship production-grade Android and iOS applications using AI coding agents such as Claude, Codex/GPT, Gemini, Cursor, and similar tools.
This is a strict AI-first role. Developers are expected to use AI agents for planning, coding, debugging, testing, refactoring, and release workflows. Your role is to architect, guide, validate, and ship—not manually write every line of code.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Flutter applications for Android and iOS.
- Use AI agents as the primary development workflow.
- Convert requirements into clear technical specifications and prompts.
- Integrate REST APIs, JSON/XML data, Firebase, and third-party SDKs.
- Build responsive Material 3 and Cupertino-style interfaces.
- Use Riverpod, BLoC, Provider, or another suitable state-management solution.
- Write unit, widget, and integration tests.
- Manage GitHub repositories, pull requests, CI/CD, and releases.
- Debug issues through agent-driven workflows using logs, tests, and proper context.
- Publish applications to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Required AI Skills
- Hands-on experience with Claude, Codex/GPT, Gemini, Cursor, Claude Code, Aider, Windsurf, or similar tools.
- Strong prompt engineering and context-management skills.
- Knowledge of MCP servers, structured outputs, function calling, and tool integrations.
- Ability to review AI-generated code and identify incorrect APIs, insecure code, and poor architecture.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted GitHub workflows and automated code reviews.
Required Flutter Skills
- Strong knowledge of Dart and Flutter.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON parsing, authentication, pagination, caching, and error handling.
- Knowledge of Riverpod, BLoC/Cubit, Provider, or similar state-management tools.
- Experience with Firebase, local storage, routing, and responsive UI design.
- Familiarity with Android and iOS build configuration, signing, Gradle, Xcode, and CocoaPods.
- Good understanding of Git, GitHub, testing, and CI/CD.
Nice to Have
- Experience with custom MCP servers or in-app AI features.
- Knowledge of native Android/Kotlin or iOS/Swift.
- Experience with Flutter Web, desktop, subscriptions, payments, analytics, or push notifications.
- Open-source contributions to Flutter or AI tools.

Freshers may apply only if they have:
- Strong Flutter and JSON/API fundamentals.
- A working Flutter project to demonstrate.
- Real experience using AI coding agents to build, debug, and test applications.
This is not a work-from-home role.
AI-first development is non-negotiable. Applicants should be ready to demonstrate their Flutter project, GitHub workflow, prompts, testing process, and ability to validate AI-generated code.
