Position: Telesales Executive
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Promote and sell credit card and personal loan products.
- Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility to customers.
- Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Follow up with interested customers and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain proper customer records and update call details.
Eligibility
- Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with telesales and target-based work.
- Languages: Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Hindi.
Salary & Benefits
- CTC: ₹18,800/month
- Take-home: ₹15,500/month
- Training Allowance: ₹2,000
- Incentive Upto 1 lakhs
