Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to handle projects individually

Sound knowledge on ASME Codes - piping

Perform Engineering calculations for piping Design like pipe thickness and size.

Preparation of Piping Isometrics based on Layout drawing.

Preparation of Piping Design by referring P&ID
-
IBR calculations for pipe design
-
Ability to read P & ID and based on that prepare Piping 3D
-
Ability to read CAESAR II report.
-
Extraction of BOM from Isometric drawing
-
Preparation of Piping Layout.
-
Familiar with Navis model and clash test
-
Preparation of P&ID based on input.
-
Knowledge of equipment creation on the basis of Equipment GA.
-
Skid Basis piping Ex - Pump skid
-
Participate in design reviews, technical discussions, and coordination meetings to resolve drawing issues.
-
Maintain detailed records of checks, deviations, and approvals; prepare reports for engineering review boards
Skills and Experience Required:
-
5+ years of experience in piping design and engineering
-
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
-
Experience working in the oil and gas industry
-
Strong understanding of industry codes and standards (ASME, API, etc.)
-
Experience with 3D CAD software such as AutoCAD Plant 3D, Cad Works, AutoCAD
-
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Fluency in English

Knowledge of excel, word and Power point
-
Knowledge of working on CAESAR II (will be given preference)
