- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all assigned construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Manage project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate design, estimation, and project execution phases seamlessly.
Team Management & Supervision
- Lead and supervise site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and site workers.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Foster a collaborative, productive, and safety-conscious work environment.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members.
