Key Responsibilities
- Manage and handle the company's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and other content.
- Write creative captions and maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Plan and execute content calendars and social media campaigns.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and implement new ideas.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for creative content.
- Track performance metrics and prepare basic social media reports.
- Assist in increasing brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
Required Skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and current trends.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
- Creativity in content planning and idea generation.
- Basic understanding of Instagram Reels, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹12,984.42 - ₹20,706.34 per month
