Responsibilities
- Develop accurate 2D drawings and 3D models for commercial interior projects.
- Conduct site surveys and record precise measurements.
- Create layouts, working details, and required revisions.
- Understand BOQs, specifications, materials, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with Design, QS, Procurement, Site, and Marketing teams.
- Revise documents based on approved changes and actual site conditions.
- Ensure timely completion and accuracy of drafting deliverables.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Well experience in Interior commercial Design
- 3–4 years of experience in commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant 3D modelling software.
- Good knowledge of interior materials, BOQs, and site execution.
