Location: Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata (Work from Office)
Experience: Minimum 2 Years as Team Leader
Shift: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Monday–Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off)
Budget - 30 K in hand.
Looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader to manage and drive a team of Business Development Executives in IT/Website Sales.
2 Years experienced as TL
IT Sales Experience is Must as Team Lead
Must have Domestic Sales Experience.
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets
Handle client interactions, onboarding & franchise dealings
Manage escalations and ensure client satisfaction
Train and guide team members for better performance
Monitor team productivity, quality, and hygiene
Develop sales strategies and improve conversions
Experience in IT sales / Website sales
Strong team handling & training skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Must be based in Kolkata
Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
