Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Manager to drive student admissions, support business growth, and contribute to the achievement of organizational targets. The ideal candidate should hold an MBA and possess strong communication, leadership, and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage prospective learners and promote skill development programs effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Support and guide the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related specialization.
- 0–1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related field.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Experience in the EdTech domain will be an added advantage.
Pay: From ₹240,000.00 per year
