VPN (Site-to-Site Remote Access)
IPsec
XDR (Extended Detection Response)
Network Security Monitoring Incident Response
Security Troubleshooting and Threat Analysis
Responsibilities:
Monitor, configure, and support enterprise security infrastructure, including firewalls, VPNs, and secure access solutions.
Troubleshoot security incidents related to network access, IPsec tunnels, and firewall policies.
Manage and optimize XDR solutions for threat detection and response.
Implement security policy changes and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Coordinate with SOC, network, and OEM teams for incident resolution and root cause analysis.
Maintain security documentation and ensure high availability of security services.
Preferred Certifications:
CCNP Security, Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto PCNSE, Check Point CCSA/CCSE, Cisco Secure Access/XDR Certifications, ITIL Foundation.
