CNC Operator / Setter

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator / Setter with good knowledge of CNC machine operations, machine setting, and basic programming. The candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines efficiently, maintaining production quality, and achieving daily production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently.
- Perform machine setting and tool setting as per production requirements.
- Read and understand engineering drawings.
- Basic knowledge of CNC programming and offset correction.
- Ensure production quality as per company standards.
- Check dimensions using measuring instruments like Vernier, Micrometer, etc.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and follow 5S standards.
- Minimize rejection and material wastage.
- Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance teams for smooth production.
- Follow all safety and company rules during duty hours.
Skills Required:
- Good knowledge of CNC machine operations.
- Machine setup and tool handling knowledge.
- Basic CNC programming understanding.
- Ability to read production drawings.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments.
- Teamwork and discipline.
Education & Experience
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field preferred.
3–5 Years
Salary:
₹14,000 – ₹16,000 per month + Overtime
Duty Timing: 8Hours
