Jibu and Thomas Architects is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to supervise construction activities and ensure that architectural and structural designs are executed accurately on site. The candidate will coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure work is executed according to architectural drawings, structural drawings, and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor construction progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Verify measurements, quantities, and material usage on site.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during construction.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules and deadlines.
- Assist in billing verification and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Relevant site experience of 5+ years is required
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD.
- Strong site supervision and coordination skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in residential or commercial architectural projects.
- Knowledge of construction safety practices.
- Basic understanding of BOQ and estimation
- Able to communicate in Malayalam and Tamil fluently

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
