Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to generate leads, engage potential customers, and support business growth. The candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, conducting sales calls, nurturing client relationships, and converting opportunities into business.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Identify and qualify potential leads from various sources.
- Schedule meetings and product/service presentations for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and other sales-related documents.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM software.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Good presentation and customer relationship management skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele-Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation.
- Experience in B2B sales will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
