Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant Manager – Operations & Administration to oversee end-to-end office administration and operational coordination, ensuring the smooth functioning of daily business activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Project & Productivity Monitoring: Track the progress of all ongoing projects, ensure tasks are completed within timelines, and monitor employee utilization and productivity across departments.
- Reporting & Management Coordination: Maintain project tracking reports, provide regular status updates to management, and coordinate with department heads to assess team performance and operational efficiency.
- Administrative Records & Employee Support: Maintain office documentation, attendance, and employee records, and support onboarding and exit formalities.
- Department Operations Oversight: Monitor daily activities across all departments to ensure employees are actively engaged and workloads are effectively managed.
Skills Required
- Strong project coordination and productivity monitoring skills
- Excellent organizational and administrative abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
- Leadership skills with a high level of accountability and attention to detail
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
